If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt at no cost. Returned items will be refunded. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Excludes Black Friday and other promotional periods.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damaged item and your order number to support@xavontrilexo.com within 14 days of receipt. Use DAMAGED as the subject line.

Missing Items
